Chairman of the Board
Claudio Sdanevich
Claudio Sdanewitsch is the heart and driving force behind Aquila Wealth Management. From the company’s inception, the founder has placed people and their needs at the core of his work.
Since 2004, he and his team have cultivated a family-like atmosphere, crafting personalized financial strategies for his clients.
After earning degrees in history and English, Claudio began his career as an assistant to the divisional and staff manager for Finance and Trading at Credit Suisse. In 1994, he established and managed Credit Suisse’s Moscow representative office. Four years later, he moved to AIG Private Bank as Head of Eastern Europe. In 2004, he founded his own company, Aquila Wealth Management, in the global financial center of Zurich.
Claudio Sdanewitsch knows where the limits are in his free time, too. He can be found on a motorcycle in the Swiss Alps or in a sports car on European race tracks. The father of two grown-up sons lives with his wife in idyllic Pfäffikon SZ.

Adrian Wiedon
After earning a degree in economics, Adrian Wiedon began his career in investment banking at BNP Paribas. In 2010, he joined the investment boutique Picard Angst, initially overseeing the structuring division before leading the firm’s expansion into the Middle East.
Since 2016, he has been working with Swiss asset managers and family offices as a member of the Executive Board.
H joined the Aquila Wealth Management team in 2022, where he supports EAMs by developing tailored and innovative solutions for their clients’ portfolios.
Adrian Wiedon resides in Pfäffikon, in the canton of Schwyz, with his wife and daughter.
